Control your pressure. Protect your ground.
PTG tyre inflation systems let operators adjust tyre pressure to suit the job, whether working in the paddock or travelling on the road. With the right pressure at the touch of a button, you can improve traction, reduce soil compaction and tyre wear, lower rolling resistance and make better use of every litre of fuel.
From simple inflation and deflation kits to fully integrated digital and ISOBUS-controlled systems, PTG offers practical solutions for tractors, self-propelled machines, trailers and implements.
Dual-line tyre inflation systems for tractors
Advantages of dual-line technology:
Up to 20% less tyre wear
Up to 10% lower fuel consumption
Up to 20% more traction
Up to 6% higher yields
Maintenance-free rotary unions with no greasing required
Tough, durable rotary unions with specialised seals
Lines remain pressure-free when switched off
Automatic check valves, no manual rim valves needed
No tyre-pressure loss if a line becomes disconnected
Longer rotary-union life: pressure is applied for adjustment only
Lines can be disconnected after use
Simple, convenient digital control
Air Supply Systems for Tractors
The hydraulically driven S1000 compressor provides faster tyre inflation when the tractor’s standard air system cannot keep up. Its compact design delivers strong airflow with a relatively low hydraulic power requirement.
Rotary screw compressor with oil cooler: 7.5 bar (110 psi)
Powered by an axial piston motor
Effective airflow: 800–1,000 L/min at 2 bar (29 psi)
Oil capacity: 5 L
Hydraulic oil requirement: approximately 35 L/min

This video demonstrates how PTG central tyre inflation technology works alongside Michelin tyres on New Holland tractors, allowing operators to adjust tyre pressure to suit changing field and road conditions.
By running the right pressure for the job, farmers and contractors can improve traction, reduce soil compaction, lower tyre wear and fuel use, and make better use of the tractor’s power. It is a practical look at how tyre pressure management can deliver real gains in productivity, efficiency and operator comfort.
